      I really love the one above, but I've been drooling over this one for years as well, and pretty much have it in motion unless you guys churn up something with the widow HS one

        Haha, not at all! I use the E and A with octaves. The D is accompanied by a 5th and the G is by itself. It's a set up that grew on me. Kinda 'happened' and I liked it so kept it that way. I is really a nice configuration for the rock I make.

            I really like my Bich, but I have to admit, the smaller area in between frets takes some getting used to.

                I am pretty sure it is Koa with Stringers underneath, though I am not sure if the center section is koa or maple. Thinking it will be stipped and refinished, there are some decent sized paint chips, and you can see the koa on the wings, and the paint has settled into the joints where the stringers are.

                            Well, I did it....went n bought Mourns' blue Bich 4. He was going for a 'grail' & I needed something to disect.
                            Not to worry: I don't plan to cut it up....just document;-) No pics of it here yet; so here 'tis
